REFUND POLICY

I know plans can change — and here's how we can handle that.

Whether you're joining one of my wine tastings or booking a private event, I do my best to offer fair and transparent cancellation terms while respecting the time and preparations involved.

Group Events (Public Tastings)

Up to 7 days before the event - Full refund

 

5–6 days before the event -  50% refund

 

Less than 5 days before or no-show - No refund

 

 

Private Events

​

To reserve a private tasting, a €150 deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable, as I start planning and blocking the date especially for you.
 

The remaining amount must be paid at least 7 days before the event. If you cancel at least 21 days in advance, the remaining balance will be refunded (deposit excluded).
 

If you cancel less than 21 days before the event, no refund can be issued.

If I Need to Reschedule

​

Life happens — sometimes also on my end. If I ever need to reschedule a tasting (e.g. due to illness or force majeure), you’ll be offered:

  • a new date, or

  • a 100% refund of everything you've paid.

 

 

How to Request a Refund

​

Please write to info@winein.de with:

  • your full name

  • event name and date

  • and any helpful details.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days maximum, but I'll do my best to be fast.
