ALLGEMEINE GESCHÄFTSBEDINGUNGEN 

für Weinverkostungen und private Veranstaltungen

1. Geltungsbereich

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für alle Verträge zwischen Natalia Parashchenko, Einzelunternehmerin (im Folgenden „Veranstalterin“), und den Verbraucherinnen (im Folgenden „Teilnehmerin“) über die Buchung und Teilnahme an Weinverkostungen, Veranstaltungen und privaten Events.

2. Teilnahmebedingungen und Altersnachweis

Mit der Buchung erklärt der/die Teilnehmer*in verbindlich, dass er/sie das gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Mindestalter für den Konsum alkoholischer Getränke (Legal Drinking Age) erreicht hat.
Die Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen mit Alkoholausschank ist ausschließlich Personen vorbehalten, die mindestens 18 Jahre alt sind. Die Veranstalterin behält sich das Recht vor, einen Altersnachweis zu verlangen.

3. Vertragsabschluss

Ein Vertrag kommt zustande, sobald die Buchung über das Online-Buchungssystem oder per direkter Vereinbarung bestätigt wurde. Die Bezahlung erfolgt über die auf der Website angebotenen Zahlungsmethoden (z. B. Stripe oder PayPal).

4. Teilnahme an Gruppenveranstaltungen und Stornierungsbedingungen

Die Stornierung einer Buchung für Gruppenveranstaltungen ist wie folgt möglich:

  • Bis 7 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: 100 % Rückerstattung

  • Bis 5 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: 50 % Rückerstattung

  • Weniger als 5 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn oder bei Nichterscheinen (No Show): keine Rückerstattung

Die Stornierung muss in Textform (z. B. per E-Mail) erfolgen.

5. Änderungen durch die Veranstalterin

Die Veranstalterin behält sich das Recht vor, eine Veranstaltung aus triftigem Grund (z. B. Krankheit, höhere Gewalt, zu geringe Teilnehmerzahl) auf ein anderes Datum zu verschieben. In diesem Fall kann der/die Teilnehmer*in entweder:

  • einen Ersatztermin wählen oder

  • eine vollständige Rückerstattung (100 %) verlangen.

 

6. Private Veranstaltungen – Buchung und Stornierung

Bei Buchung eines privaten Events gelten folgende Zahlungs- und Stornobedingungen:

  • Zur Reservierung eines Termins ist eine Anzahlung von 150 € erforderlich.
    Diese Anzahlung ist nicht erstattungsfähig, auch im Falle einer Stornierung.

  • Die Restzahlung ist spätestens 7 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn zu leisten.

  • Wird das Event mindestens 21 Tage vor dem Termin storniert, erfolgt eine vollständige Rückerstattung der Restzahlung (nicht der Anzahlung).

  • Bei späterer Stornierung ist keine Rückerstattung möglich.

7. Haftungsausschluss

Die Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung. Für Unverträglichkeiten, allergische Reaktionen oder gesundheitliche Beeinträchtigungen im Zusammenhang mit der Verkostung von Speisen und alkoholischen Getränken übernimmt die Veranstalterin keine Haftung.

9. Schlussbestimmungen

Sollte eine Bestimmung dieser AGB unwirksam sein, berührt dies die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen nicht.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

for wine tastings and private events

1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all agreements between Natalia Parashchenko, sole proprietor (hereinafter “the Organizer”), and consumers (hereinafter “Participant”) regarding the booking and participation in wine tastings, events, and private gatherings.

2. Eligibility & Legal Drinking Age

By booking an event, the Participant confirms that they have reached the legal drinking age in their country of residence and are at least 18 years old.
Participation in events that involve the consumption of alcohol is strictly limited to adults. The Organizer reserves the right to request age verification.

3. Booking & Contract

A binding contract is formed upon confirmation of the booking via the website or direct agreement.
Payment is processed through the available methods on the website (e.g. Stripe or PayPal).

4. Group Events – Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for public group events are subject to the following terms:

  • Up to 7 days before the event: 100% refund

  • Up to 5 days before the event: 50% refund

  • Less than 5 days before the event or no-show: no refund

Cancellations must be made in writing (e.g. by email).

5. Changes by the Organizer

The Organizer reserves the right to reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, force majeure, insufficient attendance).
In such cases, the Participant may choose either:

  • a new event date, or

  • a full refund (100%)

 

6. Private Events – Booking & Cancellation

For private bookings, the following conditions apply:

  • A non-refundable deposit of €150 is required to secure the date.

  • The remaining amount must be paid at least 7 days before the event.

  • If the event is canceled at least 21 days in advance, the remaining amount (excluding the deposit) will be refunded in full.

  • For later cancellations, no refund will be issued.

 

7. Disclaimer

Participation is at the Participant’s own risk.
The Organizer is not liable for food intolerances, allergic reactions, or any health issues related to the consumption of wine or food during the event.

9. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
